Research Insight
• None of the websites shares elaborate information about the types of shipment a user would like to ship.
• 70% has too many information to fill which may increase the bounce rate level on the sites.
• None has complete information about shipment destinations.

I tried to speak the users language as part of the heuristics evaluation.
Sometimes users get confused when products communicate to them as bots. I used words, phrases, and concepts familiar to the users, rather than internal jargon. I followed real world conventions, making information appear in a natural and logical order.
I ensured users can understand meanings without having to go look up a word’s definition

I brainstormed solutions to users needs by filtering, laying out and exploring potential solutions. I try to capture as many aspect of user persona's pain points as i could during this phase. I chose to move forward with the idea to :
